Minimum per hour rate is $95 per hour,  per person.  Examples:   two people pull weeds for 1 hour, bill = $190
Emergency rate is $275 per hour, per person  

This minimum rate is for specific jobs like fence repair, weed pulling, cleaning, etc. that is out of normal project bids.  Rate  does  include pick up of supplies (fence materials, etc.) that are needed for the work.  Materials are added on top of rate; rate is for preparation/labor only.
