Residential Pricing

Please note:  Written quotes are only valid for 2 weeks from receipt of the quote.  First quote is free.

​Payment Terms:  Per proposal/agreement, usually a portion up front and final payment upon job completion.  Larger jobs will have more payments.   Final payment must be received within three days (3) of job completion.   If not paid, notices will be sent and interest may incur from the date of the final bill sent.

*We accept check, cash, credit cards and in a % of silver/gold coins and a %some crypto, including BitCoin.

Return Policy:

For Service contracts, there are no returns.
Landscape materials and labor, etc. are quoted on line items in the proposal.  For example, #1, cut out and remove old sod. 

If the customer accepts the line item and the associated materials used (for example, #2, install rock), then there are no returns.   

Therefore, DO NOT accept materials, have them installed and then ask for a return and uninstall.  We do not return materials. 

If owner/decision maker defers to AA Forestry judgement on design, HOA plan submission, material selection, then there is no approval/disapproval.  We will involve you but if you say based on other jobs, etc. that you trust our judgement then you automatically accept our judgement exercised in material selection and install.
